The Economic Development program at HDF is crucial for the underprivileged people with an income which puts them below the national poverty threshold. Our program enables these individuals to develop and improve their technical skills through vocational trainings arranged locally within program areas as well as through public and private sector institutions which also award recognized certificates and diplomas. Capacities of the communities are enhanced for developing small businesses and enterprises through interest-free microcredit services and joint ventures among others.
